Steve has been living in San Diego since 1986, obtained his BS degree from University of California at Riverside, and MS degree from University of Texas at Dallas, and has a career in software development. Since 2000, Steve has been serving on the boards of various community organizations, with expertise in event planning and hosting, public relations, fund raising, organizational development, and inter-organization collaborations.
