Dr. Haibo Huang, Director of Public Relation (English). Harvard Physicist, Research Scientist in the Materials and Engineering sector, Advisor to national civil rights organization, assisted in the filing of two Amicus Briefs to the Supreme Court and to the 5th Circuit Court in “Fisher vs UT Austin”. California resident who opposes SCA5, a discriminatory bill with no redeeming value. To this effect, he published an op-ed in New York Times, debated liberals at the National Education Writers Annual Conference, interviewed with LatinoUSA, met with California law makers, and assisted in voter registration drives in the 2014 mid-term election. His goal as a board member of SDAAFE and SDCAA (San Diego Chinese American Association) is to reduce the probability that similar bills would be resurrected after 2016.
